Is anyone else struggling with mild depression and dont really know why? 😕

I have terrible depresstion and I worry it will cause stress to my baby I find more sleep helps me and trying to find the positive in everything, I've really been laying on my friends and family to help boost my sprits !! If your an animal lover goring to the pet store and petting puppy's helps as well.

Yes. And I think it's just part of the pregnancy hormones. The biggest thing that helps me is keeping busy; exercise, housework, a walk, entertaining my 2 year old....
