Lightheaded and dizzy?

I'm a little over 12 weeks along and this morning I've been feeling very lightheaded and dizzy. Have any of you felt this way? How do you combat it?

Unfortunately it's quite normal and is also my most predominant symptom of pregnancy this far. It seems to strike at any time. I make sure I always have a Gatorade on me and some snacks.

It's normal. I get that way a lot. Normally my blood sugar is too low. Even if I just ate. I would try a cup or juice or something sweet and a glass of water.

It can also happen due to the increase in blood volume through your pregnancy.

I had that problem when I was pregnant with my daughter my doctor told me to up the protein.
