tracker?

I just found out my husband has a tracker on my phone and can see my text message.im so court off graud.it came out in the middle of an agreement. He saw me and a male coworker in a picture together.my job recently had a holiday party and all my coworkers were taking pics.i tired telling him it is nothing going on between us but he doesn't believe me.i know I was wrong for taking the pic I was trying to piss him off for not going to the dinner with me now I may lose my family over something so stupid FYI the coworker is gay so there's nothing going on just friendly coworkers ...no there's no reason for him to say I cheated I've been with him since 13 and were 27...update he has read everyone of my text and is saying I talk bad about him to my family and friends I don't get it...he said I'm a lier he's mad I went on a day trip to ac I left sun and came back mon and didn't send him pictures he's I was being sneaky may I add I never real went out first girls trip ever in my 27 years he had a problem never went to a bar til last July he sent me a message this morning about different types of huges now he's and expert this is crazy  I work for a hospital and the pic is with a doctor maybe that's y idk
