Nexplanon removal..

If anyone has had nexplanon for a while then had it removed... was the removal bad??? Did you feel better after you had it removed because I've had mine in for 2 and a half years and ugh... I've been super tired...gained a decent amount of weight which shocks me and I HATE IT!!!... my arm gets numbish or tingly sometimes esp when I'm laying down... I'm asking because I'm thinking about talking to my dr this week about taking it out...
