I want to start taking birth control but I want to know like how long I have to wait until have sex and let him cum inside me? Anyone? And what about side effects like is birth control makes you tired, can cause like gain weight or acne? Please help girls 🙏🏼😞

It's normally effective after one week but it's safe to wait two also depends on which one you get

Every brand of pill has different side effects the most common though are nausea and headaches

I've been on the pill for a while and I haven't gained any weight so but everyone is different

It didn't make a difference with my acne but as I said everyone reacts to it differently

Make sure you have a set time that you take it and stick to it. It's most effective if you take it at the same time every day

My doctor usually tells me to wait 2 weeks after taking it. But remember there is still a chance so be careful. Also I was getting the shot and I broke out in acne and gained probably 15 pounds and super moody lol...but everyone reacts different to things.
