Period is really long?

Ok ladies so my period is normally only 7 days sometimes less well I am on day 10 what is going on. I am currently on the pill and I haven't missed a day.

My period was due Dec 24 and I started Dec 22nd, had two negative pregnancy tests on the 19th and 21st started taking birth control December 30th because i was still bleeding and also received the 2nd MMR vaccine required by my employer on the 30th, I have had a few abnormally long menstrual cycles and had only been off the pill a few weeks. Went in on Jan 12th and found out I am pregnant. I have a subchorionic hemorrhage which is causing the bleeding. Yours could be something completely different but either way I would suggest going to you gynecologist just to be on the safe side, yes my baby is doing fine so far, I just have to play the waiting game. Hope you get to the bottom of this asap.
