bbt??

Question

So Been ttc #2 for over 2 yrs now we use opk I want to use bbt I need to know when to take temp etc. I've never done it this way, what am I looking out for? Any advice when temping would be great

I've been taking my temp as soon as I turn my alarm off so it's them same time every day, I use opk and watch out for ewcm and track my cervix. I'm just going into my fertile 6 days so it's going to be interesting to see what happens

I've only just started it myself but I've heard u have to take your bbt as soon as u wake in the morning before getting out of bed and u have to take it the same time every day. So I set my alarm for 6 every morning. As far as what to look out for im not that sure but I do know that after ovulation your temp should rise. Hope this helps
