How do you feel about belly rubs?

My mother in law rubbed my belly and said "oh the little baby belly" last night and I just about threw up on her! I don't even like when my husband touches it particularly because I'm so nauseated, bloated and gassy that it doesn't feel cute just reminds me of how awful I'm feeling right now. I'm only 9 weeks I've always been small and I have no belly what so ever so idk if she's crazy or if I'm just hormonal.
