implant removal

I've just had my implant removed on the 23rd of December and had a period straight after on the 24th- 31st of December. Tried this whole month using the clearblue ovulation test and no detection! Has anyone else had this issue? I'm stressing out and eager for my next period as I know I'm not pregnant...
