Losing weight after an emergency c-section

Natasha
So i am 8 weeks postpartum from a c-section. Been trying very hard to lose weight. During my pregnancy i only gained 10lbs but i am a plus size woman. Due to some health issues i really need to lose 60lbs. So if anyone has any ideas i would very much appreciate it. I walk a mile everyday.

I am on a diet and I have lost almost 20 pounds in 3 weeks. I stay at 1200 calories a day. I eat a lot of salad and grilled chicken. In between meals I snack on fruits and veggies. I also drink a lot of water and I never drink soda or sugary juices. I basically only drink water through out the day and one cup of black coffee in the morning but I am sure there are healthy flavored drinks you could have. I power walk/jog once a day and before I do I do 15 mins of jumping jacks and sit ups. I plan on signing up for a gym soon but for now this is working.

When I was trying to lose weight, I downloaded "my fitness pal" and it really helped me.

Slowly start becoming more active. Walking is a good start , but you gotta do something to get your heart rate up to start burning fat. Weight lifting is awesome for that and also interval running (walk a bit then run a bit). Diet is also key. At least half your body weight in ounces. It sounds like a lot, but it's really not. High protein and lower carb usually helps most the best

I found cutting out sugar, doing low sodium, no sodas or anything like that just water or milk here and there. Plus doing blogoties
