cruise line refusing to refund for Zika
My husband and I booked a belated honeymoon cruise for February. I got pregnant in November. My midwife told me about two weeks ago that I can't go on the cruise due to Zika concerns (it's to the Caribbean and Mexico). Now I'm in an epic battle with the cruise line, who won't refund my money. Has anyone had this issue? I'm so heartbroken, even started crying on the phone with customer service (thanks, hormones). Do I have legal options?
