So my fertile window starts tomorrow...my question is my partner has problems ejaculating due to past testicular cancer so only having one testicle as a result however he did ejaculate this evening but now not sure he will be able to during my fertile window... do you think we have a chance at conceiving my cm is clear like raw egg whites atm? Any help or advice appreciated
