When do you take your OPK?

I've been taking my OPK every morning as soon as I wake up with first morning pee, is there a better way to do this? I just want the best results..

I used them for years and had to see a fertility specialist. Per the secialist, morning urine is not ideal because the hormone isn't as concentrated yet. The best time is between 10am-2pm. Once I started doing it during that time, I saw a difference

I have read second morning urine is best if doing it in the morning but between 2-3pm is best. I dont know how they come up with that because what if you work night shift?
but i have found i always catch it in the morning about 10.30am but take it again at 2.30pm to be safe. I get positives over two days so i catch it at somepoint. I generally have a super close one before a strong positive (which is darker then teat line)
