excersize and miss a period?
Has anyone ever excesized because you wanted to tone up and then skipped a period? Like I was only doing a squat challenge and some jumping jacks and sit ups at night time maybe a 15-20 min workout everyday since like January 2nd && my last period was December 9th-16th and I just went to hospital like Friday because I was in pain and I had a uti and i haven't excersized in like a week, is it normal to excersize and your period disappear and come back??
