Have you ever had an invasive ultrasound?

I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow because I have symptoms of endometriosis or something else and I'm really nervous that they'll find something. If you answered yes, what were your results? If you don't mind sharing.

There's different reasons for having one. I had one done a few months ago because my doctor was worried my IUD moved out of place because I was having excruciating pains in my vaginal area and cramps

Had one when I had an abdominal one to check for ovarian cysts. It's a little uncomfortable but not painful!

As in a vaginal ultrasound? Many women get them,  depending on what your obgyn prefers.
I only had one done and the rest of 15 (I was high risk ), were abdominal ultrasounds. The vaginal one didn't hurt at all. .

I had one a couple of months ago because I had an ovarian cyst, 
It was a bit uncomfortable but not overly painful. 
It ended up confirming the size of the cyst (was 2.3kg) which I had removed aswell as a partial hysterectomy.

I had one done a couple of months ago. After coming off my depo injection for 18 months or so I had no signs of my periods. I had had blood tests first then normal scan on my stomach followed my an internal scan.   Whilst in the appointment the guy said everything looked ok.  Results came back as normal and then within a week or 2 my periods started.
