Ladies taking Vitex!
Question : just taking yesterday. If you pregnant are you going to stop taking that day or wean? Been researching and finding that a lot of people will miscarry a week later if stop right after finding out. Some woman even took one a day until 12 weeks and slowly wean off and was fine. The reason behind the miscarriages is because vitex raises your progesterone and when stoping to soon before the placenta can take over.
