morning sickness 😷
Hi ladies, just wondering what has helped you tackle morning sickness. The only thing helping me at the moment is sipping on water but I'm having it from the minute I wake up til bedtime. I'm not throwing up just feeling super yucky and it's not a nice feeling ☹️ I'm struggling to eat certain foods so I was wondering if there was anything in particular which helped you so I could give it a try? Thank you xx
