I just started pumping today (yay !), my little one is nearly 7 weeks. I've been breastfeeding her since she was born, and still plan on doing so for quite a while. My intentions are to pump and create a stash, just to have so my boyfriend and I can go out for dinner, or a movie and leave her with his parents. Or if we're running late getting out of the house and she's hungry (happens all the time), so we can bottle feed her in the truck, etc. What I'm wondering is how many times per day should I pump ? I don't want to pump too much and leave her with an unsatisfying nursing session- if that's possible. And what are the best times to pump ? I've read first thing in the morning after feeding baby ? I've got a board on Pinterest started with breastfeeding and pumping related things, but it's so nice to hear from other momma's and not just reading blogs 😒 Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated !!
