blisters on baby's lips?

Anyone know why my baby is getting what looks like blisters on his lips? Is this normal?

The lactation consultant at my hospital said it was a good thing shows they have a good strong suck

Are you breast feeding? If so it's called a milk blister and it's from his latch but nothing to worry about. My son had it too and it went away around 3 months

Chapped? Drinking from bottle or either breastfeeding? Normal!

Its from sucking for long periods. Totally normal! :)
