Moms who have the Owlet

For other moms that have the Owlet monitor, how does it work for you?? I've had it about a couple weeks now and since night 1, it's been terrible. Numerous yellow alerts every night and so far 2 false red alerts. I check the sock and it's always in place. I've talked to a representative and sent pics of the sock on my sons foot and off his foot. She said all the pics looked good. Im starting to think this is a product malfunction. It's hard to think so because it's brand new but this can't keep going on every night. Especially the false red alerts. This was too expensive to be having all these problems.
