Pain in lower right abdomen

I just finished ovulating but my cervix is still very low and hurts alot my husband and i have been trying to conceive for 2 years almost no luck yet but i have not had pains like this ever after ovulation it hurts mostly on the right lower side has this happened to anyone before?
