Did you get a negative at 14DPO with a clear blue digital but was pregnant and BFP later?

I just feel so upset and hurt:( I have this huge feeling that I am pregnant because I have been having burning sensation in my hips,ovaries too and ovary pains,cramps,diarrhea and can't sleep at night.. Lower back pain and hip pain with it and I spotted from 4DPO-7DPO but this negative I got with a clear blue digital week indicator got me so depressed and upset. I need some motivation:/
