Ugh! I get them almost every day! I find soaking my feet In really hot (like as hot as I can stand. Almost boiling.) water helps a lot. It draws the blood down out of your brain and into your extremities. Good luck!

I'm 8w4d and I'm currently having my first AWFUL headache of this pregnancy. It's been going for a solid 28 hours straight!!!! 😖 I visit an acupuncturist regularly and am going today, so I'm hopeful she can help.

I have them on and off since wk5. I am wk8 and still got em. I found cool pack on my forehead and taking a nap helpful.

Do you have dizzyness? I've been waking up the last two days and it starts with dizzyness and turns into a really bad head ache, I've been taking Tylenol and it's been helping! I'm also 8 weeks

And only take Tylenol or magnesium.

Drink water and eat more iron as well as get adequate sleep. I found that helped me at 5 weeks.
