Most women ovulate around day 12-14 of their cycles, or about a week after your last period stops.

Only your doctor can tell you for sure though, they'll measure your development at your first ultrasound

It's very hard to tell the exact day you conceived, so they decide how many weeks pregnant you are based on when your last period started. After you start your period you typically ovulate 14 days after. And then two weeks after that you got your bfp. At that point you are considered 4 weeks pregnant even though you weren't actually pregnant the first 2 weeks. Hope that want too confusing.
