What can I take for headaches?

I know I can take tylonel but what about the extra strength tylonel? I have had a headache for about 2 days now and kinda scared to take any meds I am 13 weeks but I normally don't take anything for my headaches

An ice pack on my neck has always gotten rid of my headache. Also pepperment oil rubbed into my temples is glorious.

Tylenol is safe.

Did you cut back or quit caffiene? That sometimes can cause headaches.  Also-- try to drink more water-- as your body and baby grows, it needs more fluids!

I've always had horrible hormonal migraines. Which has gotten worse with all these pregnancy hormones. My doctor said extra strength Tylenol is just fine. It doesn't do much for my migraine, but it at least dulls it.

Tylenol. I am also in the same boat. I quit smoking awhile ago, and cut caffeine and soda (have like one-two a day) and I am suffering.
