Constipation and Omega 3?

Does anyone recommend taking Omega 3 during pregnancy,also what did you use for constipation?!

I was just reading on natural remedies for bloat and this. I found  this one a lot on pintest 2 tbs of honey, 2 tbs of lemon juice mixed in a cup of warm water. Drink first thing in the am on an empty stomach. I eat a lot of high fiber foods but I have to take extra iron pills so any natural ideas are great

I eat lots of vegetables and stay hydrated. Nom nom nom!
