Babies R Us Endless Rewards

Is anyone familiar with Babies R Us Endless Rewards program? It's my understanding that I get 5% back for the first $300 purchased off my registry and 10% after that. The first things off my registry were the crib and mattress before Christmas time, so I was well over $300 right away. Since mid-January people have been buying things, but my Endless Rewards aren't updating. What's going on? Does it only update at the end of the month? I have several hundred dollars of additional purchases off my registry that aren't showing up on my ER account! Anyone know what's up? Am I going to need to call them?
