It's very normal. Your body is pumping a lot of blood to the baby already and therefore if you stand up or move too suddenly you will get light headed. Just take it slow

I got this. It also caused me to faint. But I didn't know I was pregnant. I took a test the day after I fainted.

I'm still like this at 14 weeks, all my tests have come back saying everything is fine and healthy. I just think it's one of those things we sometimes experience when preg! Although it's really annoying I can't jump up as quick without almost blacking out!
