My son is five months and keeps waking up through the night. I'll swaddle him tonight and see if it helps.

My DD is 4 months going on 5 in a week and a half and I still have to swaddle her or else she'll wake herself up all night. I'm not looking forward to weaning her off once she starts to roll over.

I only swaddle when he's really upset. It's the only time he'll let me so it works out well.
