Ariyah jayde💖 birth story♡♡

December 29th at 4:00pm I went in for my last check up when I got to my doctors she checked me and I was 1 cm dilated and 60% thinned out. Right after my appointment I went straight to the hospital to check in at (7:00pm) for induction. They started an iv and let me say that these people could not do an iv on me! I was poked atleast 10 times to get that started:/ and they had to dig in my skin to get it in the vein apparently I have "rolly veins". After that I was started on pills to soften my cervix one orally and 3 where inserted vaginally the pills had actually started my contractions! About 6:00am December 30th they started my Pitocion and checked for dilation and at this point I was still only a 1! Having Contractions off the charts by noon I couldn't handle the pain anymore so I asked for an epidural!( worst mistake of my life) this guy had absolutely no clue what he was doing I was always told if they are doing it correctly you won't feel a thing! Anyways he got it all set up did the numbing shot first and then started the epidural he was literally digging in my back i thought I was going to pass out I could feel the needle hitting my spine. it took about 30 min of him digging in my back for him to be done.. when they laid me back down I then realized of course my legs where all that was numb because he did it wrong:/ every 30 minutes after that my nurse came in and upped my Pitocion. Come 5 my doctor came in to check on me and I have on dilated 1 more cm .. she told if I didn't make more progress in another hour she was coming in to break my water and see if that would make a difference and that if it didn't within 2 hours I was gonna have to have a c-section:( 1 hour later she comes in and my contractions are killing me yet on the monitor they aren't very strong so my doctor put a catheter in me to monitor them better because if they were as strong as I was saying they needed to turn the Pitocion drip down or something could rupture(sorry don't remember what it was she said) sure enough they had to turn it wayyyy down. My doctor then checked me one last time and still no progress so they started prepping me for my c section! I was terrified!! During the whole thing I swear I was gonna pass out and puke but as soon as I heard my beautiful daughter cry everything else just didn't matter she was absolutely perfect !! Although nothing went how I would of liked she was finally here and I couldn't have been more happy! (1st 2 pics the day she was born.. last one at 1 month old!🙂💖💖💖
