Should I goto the ER or is this normal??

My baby Courtney heartbeat stopped beating at 14w6d. After going to the ER twice. They said she stopped growing and her heart gave out. They sent me home to try and deliver her naturally. Today I have been bleeding a lot.... It went from dark Brown to bright red... I have mild cramps but nothing extreme... Is this normal or to much blood? There's no clots.... First picture was yesterday morning 2nd was a few hours ago... And it's been like that every time after that
