HELP! had some pinkish spotting

So I'm having a scheduled c section on Friday 2/3 but all day while I was at work just kept feeling a lot of pressure and had some contractions but this pressure isn't like what I had before like excuse me for going into to detail but like it feels like his head right down there and my vagina lips are so sore I've never had that pain before ! I get home and I go to change my clothes and I notice some pinkish dots in my underwear and so I go to the bathroom to check myself and go pee and I had a small pinkish spot on the toliet paper when I wiped.. should I be worried? Should I call the doctors office or wait it out to see if anything more happens like closer contractions or darker spots?
