Ftm pain . any advice

Been having really bad lower back pain after intercourse ( first time throughout my whole pregnancy ) . Saturday I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped pinkish mucus was on the paper. I can barely lift my legs up or walk around too much with out pain in between my legs and when I try to close them they are sore and tender. Last weeks appointment my doctor said my cervix was soft but still closed I have another appointment this Tuesday but sometimes the pain is too much at night. Unsure if I should just head to the hospital. Btw I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and I'm a ftm
