My hospitAl pretty much provides everything the baby needs but I went ahead and packed her diaper bag anyway with a few diapers, baby wipes, a bottle, a thick blanket, and a coming home outfit (so cute).

I packed my husband and myself 2 days worth of comfy clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Chapstick, and a razor.

I also packed my hospital paperwork for my mAternity leave which my doctor has to fill out.

Diapers, whips, baby lotion, butt cream, hand socks so baby don't scratch her self. Socks,  clothes burp rag and blankey. 
My hospital bag. 
Pjs.  More baby clothes. Baby head bands. Socks for me. Chap stick. Brush. Toothbrush. Underwear. SO change of clothes. snacks for him. Snacks for me after birth. Hairties. Lotion. Shampoo. Hospital papers and baby doctor information.

Some of it depends on the hospital. I literally have to bring nothing for the baby except a car seat, lol the hospital provides EVERYTHING for him. I do have a cute going home outfit for him though. For me and my husband, we basically packed like we're going to a hotel for 2 days.... toiletries, comfy clothes, robe and slippers, pillow, chargers/music/iPad.

Yeah... Or do a Google search. There are quite a few of these lists. Take the suggestions you like and forget the ones you don't. I really don't bring much for baby other than take home clothes because the hospital provides everything you could need. I guess I am taking  a nursing cover, but I counted that more for me.

I asked my husband this time if he wanted anything packed and he said no because he can leave when he wants or needs to. But if you live pretty far away from your hospital, I guess your bf will want change of clothes and overnight kind of things.

I do suggest hair ties for labor and a couple changes of clothes and a nursing bra, just to feel human again if you are there a few days. I didn't with the first because I thought I'd just wear gowns or send my husband to pick something up later. I was so much happier and more comfortable with my second that I could take a shower and get changed into something decent and easy to nurse in. And of course a toothbrush and toothpaste and deodorant is always good. I am also bringing Depends instead of using what the hospital supplies for bleeding. Speaking of which,  I would suggest comfortable black pants if you do bring clothes from home, in case of leaks. 
 
Other than that,  phones and chargers are high on our priority list,  but obviously have to wait until last minute, as well as insurance and necessary documents. But most other things are just suggestions.

For my husband and I, we got: 
Comfy clothes for him and I to wear, tooth brushes, pads, dermoplast, hemorrhoid wipes, belly band (for after birth), face wash, loofah, body soap, (heigeine products)etc. 
for baby:
2 different outfits (2 sizes just in case he's big or small). (newborn and 0-3months), diapers, wipes, socks, mittens, hats, baby powder, formula and bottle(just in case), swaddler, and blankets.
