Boil veggies and use the blender! It's easy and preservative free! But i did use some baby food when emergencies or for breaks when too tired.

I'll make it myself. If you do it right it can be cheaper and I put a lot of time into cooking with fresh ingredients anyway, won't kill me to boil a few sweet potatoes and throw them in the blender every few days

We made baby food for about 3 weeks before it got to be too much. It takes a lot of produce to make just a few servings of baby food. We switched to preservative-free prepackaged baby food when we realized it was costing us more in time and money trying to make our own.
