Feta cheese , how bad?

My af is due on feb 6th (hoping she doesn't show) and I just went out for dinner and had a Greek salad with LOTS of feta cheese. When I got home I remembered that I read something about feta cheese. So I looked it up and I read that it's HORRIBLE for pregnant woman. If that's true, does that mean that I just harmed my possible pregnancy?!

It's dangerous in pregnancy because it's not pasteurized. If you were to get pregnant this cycle the egg would only just be beginning to implant. There's nothing to worry about until you get that BFP. Good luck to you!

It's only dangerous if it's unpasteurized. And most feta is pasteurized. You're fine!

Pretty sure it is only bad if you get salmonella from it. Everything in moderation is fine 😊
