Depends how long it lasts. It could be totally non pregnancy related. It could be something you ate, or you could be sick. If it last more than 2-3 days, I'd say to call the Dr.

I'm 29 weeks & for the past 2 days had lower back pain, Braxton hicks & diarrhea. I went to the hospital today (after a phone call to my OB) to just get checked out. They put a monitor on me to check the baby & even did an internal exam to check cervix was still closed. Everything was all good & I was back home a couple hours later. I'm so glad I went & got checked as those symptoms can all be signs of premature labour, so if they continue its definitely worth at least a call to your OB. 🙂

If I were you I would go in to the Dr so they can check to make sure it is not a sign of preterm labour and such. It is most likely nothing but as with any out of the blue symptoms, you should just make sure it's not anything strange.
