I've been searching a lot about dream eexplanations. Someone who is standing in front of a big change in his/her life has a very high chance to dream of one of these three, as they represent the feeling of a coming turnaround of your life. Pregnant women have much more chance to dream about these.

Insects- they represent a deeper fear for what will come, an uneasiness. Women who dream of insects may have the feeling that things are running out of hand, and may feel pessimistic or fearful towards being a future mom.

Falling teeth- being the period of a little child becoming a bigger one, falling teeth represent being apprehensive of what might come, but at the same time feeling proud of it. Pregnant women dreaming about leeches may have some doubts, but they feel loved by someone and feel like they have or will have a strong bond with their child. Dreaming about leeches is being positive about your future life as a mom.

Dreams are showing us one moment of feelings. Having a dream as told can mean you deep down felt like it this way at that day. Having these dreams on a regular basis means this feeling is very much there.
