Sinus relief?

I'm almost 29 weeks pregnant. I'm congested and have a runny nose. I'm scared to take anything. I know they say Tylenol anything is safe, but I'm wondering what's the best for this? Or should I just take Tylenol Cold and Flu?

I did a lot of saline nose spray, netti pot, sleeping with a humidifier, decaf "cold" tea (all natural no actual meds), Vicks vapor rub on my feet, breathe right nose strips while I slept, lots of water and as much sleep as you can get. Decongestants are not recommended but are possible. I tried to avoid unless I really felt like I was going to die lol.

You have to be careful with decongestants. I'd talk to your doctor first and ask what's safe. I know you can't take some of those sinus ones.
