plus size women usually have girls?

My friend is plus size and everyone keeps telling her she's having a girl. Her mom keeps telling her that bigger women usually have girls. Is there any truth to this? I know it sounds dumb and I think she's wrong 🙄

No, size does not have anything to do with whether you have boys or girls.  Actually it is "decided" by the man's sperm.

Ya that's a load of crap. Gender is determined by the Sperm and who can get to the egg first. I'm not skinny by any means and we are having a boy. My friend also had a boy as she's bigger than me. Her mom sounds very uninformed on how babies are created.

There's nothing logical about that at all lol. One time someone told me I was having a boy because we conceived in June. Which would mean all the babies conceived during that time would be boys and I don't think it works like that lol she was right about me having a boy but her theory was whacky
