I've had about 16-18 BH contractions since 11am. Not sure if I should call or if that's normal. Or if I should wait a little longer and see if they go away?

Are they consistent? Here's when to call: if they are steadily decreasing in timing and increasing in strength. If the time between is varied, so 7 mins then 10 then 6 then 4 then 15, then don't worry. But if they go from 10 to 9 to 7 to 5 and are increasing in intensity; call your doctor. Otherwise, they're just your body getting ready. It never hurts to call your doctor if you're unsure.
