Please do not judge and no negativity please!!

I am clean person who showers, washes her hands and changes underwear twice a day!

Somehow I have picked up thread worm. I am almost 10 weeks pregnant but there is nothing I can take with out there being a risk to my baby.

I'm very paranoid can thread worm cause a miscarriage or harm my baby??

Any advice or remedies and has anyone had this in early pregnancy and has gone on to have a healthy baby. I feel so horrible and disgusting I just cry. I really want this baby to be okay.
