How long after birth until your rings fit again??

I'm 4 weeks PP and my wedding rings still don't fit :( will this eventually go away or should I consider resizing them? I would hate to resize them too soon and then have to get them sized again. How long should I wait?

Mine never did. I had to get it resized but they say to wait at least 8 weeks

Mine fit right away but it's still early. You're prob still retaining some water weight. My legs and feet were more swollen during that time than my hands were. I would wait a little longer to resize them

Glad you asked this cause I freaked out in the hospital because I couldn't get it off my finger was so swollen. 3 weeks and it still won't come off.

Mine fitted snugly around 7wks and the around 9 wks it was a perfect fit again

Mines actually been too small/too loose since about 2 weeks pp.

I didn't know about the 8 weeks thing, so I guess I'll wait a few more weeks to get it resized just to be safe!

I'm 6 weeks PP today and mine just started fitting me today. Still a little tight but can get them on and off with a little bit of effort. My swelling is pretty much gone with the exception of my fingers and toes. And a little bit on my ankles and feet (though you can't tell by looking at them).

I wore mine a week after just once all the swelling went away from the IV. I wore my ring up until the delivery room
