Do any other moms have severe lower back pain?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant with my first and am having SEVERE lower back/sciatic pain. I've read this is normal. What did YOU do for relief?

Stretches from physical therapy, warm bath, ice pack.

Heating pad, warm water bottle, Tylenol, rest.

I am in physical therapy and use a chiropractor as well. It really helps!

Bath, tens unit, chiropractor, Tylenol when needed, stretches.  My 2nd of 3 pregnancies that it's started early.

I had really bad back pain and when I realized it got better after taking my bra off I went out and got my size checked, I knew I my breast were changing but I didn't realize I went a whole cup size, once I got new bras the back pain was eased

Ever since I found out I was pregnant. At 4 weeks I started ha I such bad back pain): im almost 35 weeks and I've had non stop back pain. Lower , mid and high back aches . it's almost unbearably

Put a pillow between your knees or buy one like I did off Amazon!

I haven't since I've been pregnant but I have sciatica pain occasionally and regularly see a chiropractor. I have nerve damage in my back from hurting myself at work as a teen. When mine gets bad I can't bend, and it hurts to walk much and my legs get numb. I usually help it not be as bad by taking hot baths, heating pad, and seeing the chiro. I'm hoping with regular chiro visits I can avoid an episode while pregnant but I'm not optimistic lol
