what age for milk !?

At what age are you mommies introducing whole milk ?? 
My son is 9 months and I want to start trying little spoonfuls so I can hopefully have him weaned by 1 or shortly after.

* I know they can't have milk til 12 months

I think my daughter was one when we started a bit before that she would get 'baby cinos' from the cafe we would go to which is just froffy milk with chocolate powder. Some say I introduced it later then usual but I just went with what I was comfortable with

I started right around his first birthday . Completely weaned him off formula when it finished and transitioned to cows milk. Which by 1 they can have about 12 ounces maybe . He's been fine and drink a lot of water and some baby juice.

They don't need milk. They can get their calcium from vegetables. As of now, I don't know when I'll introduce it. 3 years old maybe. My plan is to breastfeed til 1 pump til 2 then we'll see. Milk is just not as good as it use to be for you.

I think i started giving my son a sippy a day at like 10-11 months then went to just whole milk when WIC let me at a year.

I'm hoping to breastfeed until 18mo at least and will only give water after that. No milk.
