A big bump (HELP)

I keep getting these bumps between my vagina lips and my thigh. I thought it was my underwear, so i started to wear boxers and looser underwear but a gigantic one just showed up, i keep getting them and they are not ingrown hairs. I have not had this problem before but its been going on for a few weeks now and 3 have shown up and not completely gone away. Please help!!!!
