So all night last I was having contractions 6 minutes apart, finally it got down to four minutes and I waited just to be sure and right before I decided to go they started going back to 5 then 7 minutes and eventually died down at 6 this morning so I decided to get some sleep i see my doctor today anyways. Well I was awoken back at 8 with people painful contractions again at 4 minutes and I waited but then once again they started spreading back out and are now hitting at 8 minutes apart and possibly drifting off again. Im have a horrible pinching in my lower back/ hip Everytime I walk. This did not start until the contractions did but it never left. I'm exhausted with no sleep but Everytime I try to lay down the contractions come back, I've tried everything, water, shower, laying on left side, nothing is keeping helping. I just want some sleep. I'm trying so hard to wait until my appointment at 2. Also everybody is at work and I won't have a babysitter until after 6. 😑 I'm pulling my hair out here.

Forgot to mention im 39+6 weeks.
