Extreme Pain: Advice
Yesterday, I started having soreness in my groin muscles. By the evening it had spread from hip to groin and lower back. I can't lift my right leg past a certain point without the sharp, knotted pain. It's by far the worst pain I've had in my life (so far, until I experience a contraction). I couldn't even fall asleep it hurt so bad.
I understand it's a mixture of my pelvis starting to get hormones to spread out at birth and possible sciatic nerve pain.
Please tell me your suggestions for both temporary relief, stretches, and products. It's much appreciated!
