Sinus Infection!

Im currently 26 wks pregnant and doctor just doagnosed me with a sinus infection. Ive been having a soar throat and sneezing and head pressure for the past 6days. Unfortunately since im pregnant i cant be prescribed anything. Any home remedies suggestions??
