just found out I'm pregnant at 15

I recently just found out I'm pregnant at 15, I'm still in secondary school and halfway through my gcses, atm I really really can't think about abortion and my parents are talking about my situation instantly as I would keep it as they don't agree with abortion. I'm not with the father anymore, we are the same age same school  and we broke up a month and a bit ago. I haven't told him yet but plan too, if I were to keep the baby would I still be able to carry on my full education ?
